Q1: Are your devices fully compatible with the OCPP protocol? How can we ensure seamless integration with our existing cloud platform?
Answer: Interoperability is at the core of Jiuroad's products. All our DC and AC products natively support the OCPP 1.6J protocol and have completed the technical upgrade to OCPP 2.0.1. To ensure smooth integration, our software team provides standard API interfaces and whitelist configuration services. Before the official deployment, we can access the customer's backend system via remote VPN for interoperability testing to ensure that core functions such as charging initiation, real-time billing, remote diagnostics, and firmware over-the-air (OTA) updates operate stably on your private cloud or third-party platforms.

Q2: How does the "Full-Flex" power distribution technology specifically enhance operational efficiency?
Answer: Traditional fixed power allocation leads to significant energy waste. Jiuroad's full-flex power stack employs dynamic matrix switching technology. When multiple vehicles are charging simultaneously, the system does not simply distribute the current evenly but schedules it at the millisecond level based on each vehicle's real-time BMS requirements. For instance, when one vehicle is nearly fully charged (entering trickle charging), the system automatically transfers the released module power to another vehicle with low battery and a need for high current fast charging. This "on-demand allocation" logic can increase the average daily charging volume of a single station by approximately 15% to 20%, significantly shortening the customer's return on investment (ROI) period.

Q3: In the face of high grid capacity expansion costs, what alternative or optimization solutions do you offer?
Answer: To address the pain point of insufficient grid capacity, we provide an integrated "Solar-Storage-Charging" value-added service. By integrating industrial-grade energy storage battery cabinets, the system can store energy during off-peak hours and assist in high-power fast charging during peak hours, thereby reducing the instantaneous demand on the public grid. Additionally, our equipment supports dynamic load balancing (DLB) functionality, which can automatically limit the charging power based on the total load of the site to ensure maximum charging efficiency without triggering the distribution transformer to trip.

Q4: What significance does the modular design have for later maintenance and equipment upgrades?
Answer: Jiuroad's DC fast charging system adopts a highly integrated modular architecture. This means that if a power module fails, the system will automatically isolate the module and keep the others working, achieving "maintenance without downtime". For operators, this means zero downtime risk. Moreover, this design has strong scalability: if you initially invest in 480kW, as the number of vehicles increases, you can simply add module slots to upgrade to 960kW or higher without replacing the entire machine base and main cables, greatly protecting the value of your assets.

Q5: How do you provide remote support and spare parts guarantee for overseas markets?
Answer: We have established a dual service system of "digitalization + localization". Through the built-in intelligent gateway, our engineers can remotely diagnose over 90% of faults online. For hardware replacement, since we use standardized module design, non-technical personnel can also complete the hot-swappable replacement of modules under guidance. We will establish spare parts centers in major market regions or configure a certain proportion of "emergency spare parts packages" for customers based on order size. In addition, we offer detailed video tutorials and multi-language technical manuals to ensure a worry-free after-sales experience for global customers.
